Aisha AlGaddafi was born in Tripoli, Libya in 1977. She embarked on her artistic journey three years ago in Muscat, Oman, guided by her passion for exploring the depths of the human experience. In contrast to her impressive academic credentials, including a Master’s degree in International Law and a PhD in Criminal Psychology from Al Fatah University, Aisha’s artistic development was primarily self-directed, driven by her passion for discovering the world of art and colour.

Through the skillful integration of expressionism and symbolism, Aisha constructs complex narratives that transcend mere representation, inviting viewers to contemplate the deeper meanings embedded in her art.

As an artist, Aisha’s work stands as a powerful testament to the strength of female creativity, challenging societal norms, and celebrating the diverse perspectives and experiences of women. By utilising a variety of mediums, from collage and drawing, to acrylic and oil painting, Aisha continually pushes artistic boundaries, demonstrating her unwavering commitment to innovation, and her quest to capture the multifaceted complexities of human life.
